After 15 rewarding years in sales and management in Vancouver, Russ Qureshi began his real estate career in 2003. Since then Russ has helped over 500 families realize their real estate dreams and goals on the Sunshine Coast.
Russ is an award-winning REALTOR® and a longstanding member of the coveted Medallion Club of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) and brings the highest level of Real Estate licensing in BC to the table as an associate broker.
Russ is best known as a skilled negotiator who always puts his client’s needs before all else. He prides himself on educating his clients about the real estate market and helping them realize the best possible price for their sale or purchase of a home in the least amount of time.
Russ starred in an episode of Home and Garden’s International House Hunters featuring homes in Gibsons and Roberts Creek BC and is a co-author of Real Estate Game Changers book.
Russ’s greatest passion and joy come from his wife and two children. The Qureshi’s are active in and understand the importance of community. They often volunteer and fundraise for local and national charities.
Several days a week you find Russ keeping in shape in the gym or in the dojo practicing and teaching Aikido, Japanese martial art, to devoted students. Russ is a Tough Mudder and 4th-degree black belt in Aikido. Russ loves to kick back with his family at home, “plunk strings” on his guitar, read hard sci-fi and often travels to Vancouver, USA and Japan to further his study of the martial arts.

Jon McRae moved to the Sunshine Coast, and soon after joined the real estate profession.
He has been active in the community over the years with extensive involvement in the Chamber of Commerce and other non-profit organizations; with an ongoing desire to improve the quality of life and the lifestyle options for residents of the Sunshine Coast. Over his career in real estate, Jon has been involved in many development projects from subdivisions to condos and is especially proud of his role in the creation of Gibsons Marina. He was elected for 2 terms as a Regional Board Director with the S.C.R.D. Working on Sechelt Restructure, and the development of the first 10 Year Water Plan for the Region are among the many gratifying projects that he had the opportunity to contribute in.
Jon has been married to wife Pam for 34 years, and she introduced him to Horses and The Farm Life, that provide a balance to the hectic career of Real Estate. With his horse Zillionaire; he enjoys quiet trail rides and the thrill of competitive horse jumping both on and off the Coast. Jon is dedicated to his profession and welcomes the opportunity to practice “Match-up Realty” where he takes your wish list for lifestyle needs, and desires, and then matches it with a home, property and neighbourhood here on the Sunshine Coast.
Jon has been in the top 10% of the Realtors in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board for 35 years, and has been awarded a Lifetime Membership in the Medallion Club.
