Terri Murphy hit the real estate stage on the Sunshine Coast in 2005 at Re/Max in both sales and property management. In her 1st solo year of business, Terri achieve the 100% Club with Re/Max and later became a member of the Prudential Leading Edge Society. Terri serves customers and clients in an open, easy-going and organized fashion to help them achieve their real estate goals.
Before switching gears into the real estate industry, Terri served the hospitality industry in vibrant downtown Vancouver, specializing in Food and Beverage management to local and international clients.
Since then, Terri has built a solid foundation and understanding of condominium and strata sales, project development and marketing and investment property purchasing.
Terri takes a keen interest in photography, delights in sampling gourmet food and wine and visiting international art galleries. You’ll see Terri jogging around Gibsons early mornings with partner Greg or biking and hiking her way across the Sunshine Coast’s network of trails and playing tennis and golf. Terri loves helping out in the community with fundraising events through The Rotary Club.
