Yippee! Appointment of Russ Qureshi to Associate Manager

Good afternoon everyone,

It’s with pleasure that I announce the appointment of Russ Qureshi to our management team on the Sunshine Coast in the role of Associate Manager.  Russ has been a REALTOR® since 2003 and a valuable member of our Sussex team working from our Gibsons office since 2011.  Working alongside myself and Kenan Mackenzie, Russ will be available for advice and consultation to agents from all three of our Sunshine Coast offices and will be responsible for assisting with training, hosting sales meetings, and interceding in conflict resolution and complaints.  He will continue in his selling role, supported by the rest of the Coast Lifestyle Network team.

With over 22 years of sales experience and a background in sales training and motivation, Russ has a thorough understanding of the sales process and as a result of his involvement in over 100 transaction he also has a solid grasp on the technical aspects of our business.  As a 3rd degree black belt and Chief Instructor in Aikido, Russ has proven his commitment to discipline and service… something he will need as he secures his Broker’s license in the coming months!
